Payment
I am paying my Postpaid mobile line bills via GIRO/credit card. After I recontract to Easy Mobile, do I need to arrange for payment again?
Yes, you will need to make new payment arrangement if you want to pay your Easy Mobile bills via GIRO/credit card.
How can I pay for my handset?
We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard and UOB Debit Cards. If you wish to pay by cash, prepare the exact amount for the delivery staff when the mobile phone is delivered to your designated delivery address. For NETS payment, our delivery staff will bring a NETS machine for you to complete the transaction.
Do you offer instalment plans for mobile phones via credit card?
We do not offer instalment payment plans at the moment.

What are the transactions that I can do with My Account?
You can get a quick overview of your bill, recontract eligibility, manage your services, tweak your monthly plan, update your billing address or even consolidate your accounts via <a href="https://myaccount.singtel.com/login.aspx"/>My Account</a>.
Can I opt-out of the electronic billing (ebill) and receive paper bills instead?

How do I terminate my Easy Mobile plan?

Can I transfer my Easy Mobile plan to another person?
Yes, you may do so via <a href="https://myaccount.singtel.com/login.aspx"/>My Account</a> to process the transfer request. Do note that the other party you are transferring your plan to must also have an existing Singtel service.
