Screen Freeze or Pixelation Issue on Singtel TV

<p>Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve screen freeze or pixelation issue on your Singtel TV:</p><h6>Step 1</h6><p>Remove any device or item placed on top of the set-top box.</p><h6>Step 2</h6><p>Check that your set-top box is connected directly to the router using a LAN cable</p><h6>Step 3</h6><p>If the issue did not resolve, turn the power off for the following:</p><ul><li>Set-top box</li><li>Optical Network Terminal (ONT), if any</li><li>Router</li></ul><h6>Step 4</h6><p>Wait for 5 minutes and turn on the power of the ONT (if any) and router.</p><h6>Step 5</h6><p>Wait for 5-10 minutes and turn on the power of the set-top box.</p>
