Improving customer experience through digital transformation

In the age of digital transformation, stable and agile IT systems are a necessity. A multinational health and beauty retailer with over 100 stores across Singapore developed a strategy to enable digital transformation.

Named Project RACE, the strategy was centred on reliability, availability, capability, and efficiency. What they required was a scalable, reliable, and secure network providing real-time visibility and centralised management of data traffic, without compromising business performance. Singtel met their needs with its Meg@POP IP VPN platform and Network Functions Virtualisation (NFV).
