Dear valued customer,

In line with our sustainability efforts, we encourage customers to switch to eBills instead of paper bills.

If you prefer to continue receiving paper bills, do note that charges will apply for each bill. This charge will be reflected in your next month’s statement.

To sign up for eBills:
Step 1: Sign up for an account at https://empower.singtel.com. Enter your company's BRN/UEN and your details.
Step 2: Log in to your Empower account. Go to 'Access Bills' to retrieve your eBills.
Step 3: Submit a request via ‘Turn On/Off Paper Bills’.

For any issues, please submit a request via 'Resource Centre > Contact Us'.
