What is the service scheme for Singtel BizConference service?
The Singtel BizConference are charged on a monthly recurring basis with a one-time installation charge. The minimum contract term is 12 months with 100% PTC and termination notice of one month is required.
What is the minimum subscription period?
The minimum subscription period for customers signing up at list price is 12 months. The minimum subscription period for customers signing up on a promotional basis is min 24 months, after which, prices will revert to list price until the contract is renewed.
Besides monthly recurring charges (MRC) for the base Meetings plans and add-ons, are there other charges that I might incur?
You will only incur pay-per-use (PPU) charges if your account exceeds the allocated cloud recording storage space (charged per GB), or if Premium Audio telephone numbers are used by meeting participants (charged per minute, can be disabled by host/admins from BizConference Portal).
Can I assign the add-ons I have purchased to individual users?
The Large Meetings and Webinars add-ons can be assigned to chosen users through the BizConference management portal. Other add-ons like Extra Cloud Storage and Conference Room Connector are shared resources for all users in the account.
Do I need to be a Singtel Broadband/Mobile customer before I can subscribe for and use BizConference?
No, BizConference is provided as-a-Service and you will be able to use it as long as the host’s and participants’ device have access to a good internet connection.
What is the provisioning lead time for Singtel BizConference service?
Service provisioning lead time for new account and/or add on VAS, service provisioning lead time is 5 working days. To add/delete/update existing license account, the customer’s appointed account administrator can make changes to account via BizConference web portal.

BizConference is a cloud-based service, meaning you do not need to maintain your own conferencing servers/gateways/bridges. To use BizConference for video meetings, users need a PC/smartphone with the recommended system requirements:• An internet connection – recommended bandwidth: 1.5Mbps up / 1.5Mbps down• Speakers and microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
