What is Screen Repair?

Enterprise Device Care Lite customers enjoy a screen repair service* once every 12 months at a repair fee of $99 and $299 for foldable devices.

How to sign up

  1. You can add Enterprise Device Care when you buy a new mobile device from us and sign up for new corporate mobile line.
  2. You may also add on when your re-contract your existing line.
  3. For details, contact your Customer Service Executive or Sales Manager.

How to make a swop request

  1. Download service request form (pdf).
  2. Fill out the Form and affix your company stamp.
  3. Recipient indicated on the Form will be contacted for request verification and delivery arrangement.
  4. Swop fee will be payable from your second swop onwards.
