Give yourself a peace of mind by avoiding reminder or late payment fees with this payment method. Your payment status will be automatically updated 2 working days after the payment due date each month.

Banks	How to apply?
For application with DBS or POSB	You can apply for monthly GIRO payment through internet banking, ATM or AXS machines.
For application with other banks	Download the application form, print it and mail the copy of the completed form to us.

How to know if your GIRO is activated

Once you have successfully applied for GIRO, the change of payment method will be reflected from either of your next 2 bills onwards.

Meantime, continue to make payment as you normally would to avoid reminder or late payment fees.

Scan the SGQR code in your bill statement with your banking app to make payment. Once complete, your payment status will be immediately updated.

Payment through My Singtel app (pay bill for another account)

Open

Use pay bill for another account function in My Singtel app to make payment using your preferred payment method. After completion of payment, your payment status will be immediately updated.

Payment methods	How to apply?
Telegraphic transfer	Payments can be made by Telegraphic Transfer in billing currency, through a bank in Singapore, made payable to Singtel. Please fax remittance advice upon payment, indicating all Bill Numbers being paid.
Whatsapp anna bot	Simply add +65 6221 1606 to your contacts and say "Hi" to start
Internet Banking or ATM	Log in to your bank’s website, mobile app or ATM to make payment. Once payment is complete, your payment status will be updated after at least 1 working day.
AXS	See available options for payment via AXS. Once payment is complete, your payment status will be updated after at least 1 working day.
Payment at 7-Eleven	Payment can be made by NETS, Cashcard and cash at any major 7-Eleven outlet if you bring your original Singtel Bill or show it digitally on your device. Once payment is complete, your payment status will be updated after at least 1 working day.
