A. Local outgoing minutes to any of the 20 countries will be deducted from your mobile plan bundled minutes. Excess minutes will be charged based on local call charges under your mobile plan. For example, if you are on the iOnePlus price plan, a call to India is charged at 16.05 cents per minute.
Q. Can I terminate v019 VAS anytime? Is there a termination penalty?
A. There is a minimum subscription of 3 months. Upon early termination, the minimum 3-month subscription charge will be billed to you. Normal pro-rated billing charges apply if the service is terminated after the 3rd month.
Q. I am currently on a 50 global sms VAS and the free v019 scheme. How many free global sms will I have if I subscribe to this new service?
50 + 100 = 150 free SMS.
