Transferring of old mobile price plans

Q. Why is Singtel upgrading my mobile service?

We constantly review our price plans to improve our products and services. We will be discontinuing selected mobile services, due to low demand and system end-of-life, and are providing a free upgrade to your mobile service.

Q. When is this mobile service upgrade effective?

We will be upgrading your mobile service with effect from 30 August 2021.

Q. How will this affect me?

No action is required on your part. There will be no change to your monthly mobile subscription fee. Your current mobile service will be upgraded to the new plan as recommended and all value-added services will remain unchanged. The monthly subscription for your current mobile service will also cease upon migration and your bill will be prorated in accordance to your billing cycle. The new mobile service will be billed once the migration to the new plan is completed.

Q. Will this affect my other services with Singtel?

Please rest assured that your other services with Singtel will not be disrupted.

Q. Can I subscribe to an alternative mobile service, besides the recommended plan?

Yes, you may do so via our Business Hotline by calling 1606 (Mon to Fri, 8am – 6pm and Sat, 8am – 2pm).
