Q: How do I transfer a business service to an individual?

A: Only Singtel telephone lines can be transferred from a business account to an individual’s. To do so, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the service transfer form(s) in the “Transfer of Ownership at a Glance” table below

Step 2: Complete the form(s), and ensure they are endorsed by transferor and transferee, as well as the transferor’s company stamp.

Step 3: Bring along the completed form(s) and documents below to Singtel Shop 313@Somerset.

  • BizProfile (or ACRA) with minimum 6 months’ validity
  • Company's letter of Authorization (which must include transferor’s company letterhead, director's/manager's signature and company stamp)
  • Front and back copy of requestor's NRIC

Please note the balance period of all existing contract(s), with the exception of PhoneNet, will be transferred to the transferee. For example, if transferor has fulfilled 15 out of 24 months of an existing contract, the balance of 9 months will become the transferee’s obligation.

For PhoneNet, transferor will have to fulfil obligation of existing contract (by either completing the full contract term, or pay early termination fee for pre-mature termination).
