A. v019 offers savings on your international voice calls to more than 240 destinations worldwide from any direct phone line, PhoneNet, ISDN or mobile line equipped with Singtel IDD access. With Singtel's v019, you will be able to make international calls at very low rates all day long.

Q. Are there any registration fees or monthly subscription for v019?

A. No.

Q. I am currently paying $8.56 a month for another value added service (VAS) called Free v019 Calls, can I sign up to the Free v019 60 minutes service?

A. No. A customer can only subscribe to one v019 value added service (VAS).

Q. Does this Free v019 60 minutes VAS at $2.50 include GST?

A. There is no GST for v019 and it will be at a flat rate of $2.50 a month.

Q. How long does it take to activate Singtel IDD facility?

A. If your application is approved, your Singtel IDD facility will be activated the working day after we receive your application form.

Q. How do I prevent unauthorised v019 access?

A. 

  1. Singtel fixed telephone line users may activate the Phone Lock facility to block v019 calls.
  2. Non-Singtel telephone line users should contact the service provider to request the equivalent of Singtel's Phone Lock facility.

Q. Does my existing Phone Lock for IDD 001 lock v019 calls?

A. Yes.

Q. How can I be assured that I will be billed accurately for my overseas calls?

A. Your monthly bill will list all overseas calls made within the billing cycle. It will include detailed information like date and time of call, the overseas number called, the duration of each call, and the cost incurred for each call. If you have questions about your bill, please call 1688.
