On Singtel Empower Portal, you can report technical faults and track the status of incidents for all network and connectivity products.
- To report faults, go to Report a fault, or navigate via Empower homepage > Incidents and maintenance > Report a fault.
- To check incident statuses, go to Check incident status, or navigate via Empower homepage > Incidents and maintenance > Check incident status.
You would need to have the circuit reference number of the impacted service to report an incident.
You would need to have any of the following roles to get access - A) Administrator, B) Engineering and operations – Manager or C) Engineering and operations – User
