eTracker is a online application created to assist customers in tracking the provisioning progress of their Singtel data services ordered. Customers are now able to track their orders 24 by 7, and even subscribe to a weekly email status update with ease by accessing eTracker via the Business Portal. About Business Portal
To achieve an even higher level of customer satisfaction for our services, Singtel has embarked on a new web-based initiative known as Business Portal that aims to meet our valued corporate customers needs.
Business Portal is a portal for Singtel's corporate customers. It replaces the current Platinum Access system that we have. Through it, our corporate customers can be able to have a single integrated view of their services with Singtel. For more information on BizPortal, click here.

Please contact your company’s Singtel Business Portal administrator to grant eTracker application access to your account. If you are not able to locate your company administrator, email to bizportal@singtel.com (with your company registration number) and we will provide the relevant contact details.

Please contact your company’s Singtel Business Portal administrator to create the Singtel Business Portal account and grant eTracker application access to your account. I do not have a Singtel Business Portal account and this is the first time my company has heard about Singtel Business Portal and eTracker
Your company will need to register and assign Company Administrator for the Singtel Business Portal Account. Your appointed Company Administrator will be able to create end-user accounts for employees who require access to various applications under Singtel Business Portal.
Please complete the registration Form A and submit to Singtel (by Email: bizportal@singtel.com). You will receive an email notification once your company account is registered.
Important steps to complete the form
- Assign a Singtel Business Portal Administrator user. This user will be able to access billing related information belonging to your company and subsidiary, if any.
- Specify one or more email addresses of the end-user account(s) required to access the eTracker application, under the eTracker application section.
