Find your AI Pass voucher code in your email and redeem it on CAST.SG. Sign in or create a CAST.SG account to complete your redemption.
After redemption, you'll receive activation instructions for each AI tool via email.
Frequently asked questions
Singtel AI Pass gives eligible Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) learners access to a curated set of premium AI tools to learn, create and work more efficiently.
Access all provided AI tools for 3 months, then continue with one tool of your choice for another 3 months.
Participating AI tools are subject to change.
Visit Singtel AI Pass | Access Premium AI Tools & Learn AI and click "See How to Redeem" button, then click "Redeem AI Pass".
You will then be prompted to log in to your CAST.SG account or create one if you do not have an account. After logging in, you will be asked to enter AI Pass voucher redemption code from the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) email and click “Redeem” button.
Once successful, you will receive an SMS from CAST.SG confirming your AI Pass access within 30 minutes.
After that, you will receive a separate email with the activation codes and redemption details for your AI tools within 48 hours.
Within 48 hours of successful redemption on CAST.SG, you'll receive an email with your AI tool activation codes, redemption links and instructions to get started.
Follow the instructions provided for each tool to enjoy three months of complimentary access
No. Your Singtel AI Pass voucher and AI tool activation codes are for your personal use only.
Please use the same email address to register for your Singtel AI Pass and your AI tools. Your voucher and activation codes can't be shared, transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.
If misuse is detected, we may disable your access. You may refer to Section 5 License and Use Restrictions of our Terms and Conditions.
