Who is eligible to purchase the premiums?
All consumers can purchase with a credit/debit card by logging into their Singtel CAST account. If you are new to CAST, create your account <a href="https://cast.singtel.com/signup">here</a>. Your CAST account should be registered with your email address to receive receipts.<br><br>
When can I collect my device?
A purchase is typically ready for collection 2 working days after the order has been successfully placed.
Where can I collect my devices?

What do I need to bring when collecting my device?
Please bring your Sales Agreement email or SMS when collecting your device at +Serv @ Orchard Central. Our staff will make a call to the registered mobile number stated in the Sales Agreement email or SMS for verification purposes.
I did not receive an email receipt for my purchase. What should I do?

Can I authorise a family member or friend to collect my order on my behalf?
Please download the authorisation form <a href="http://bit.ly/castredeem">here</a>. The original completed form and Sales Agreement email must be presented for verification at the point of collection by the authorized person.
