Singtel Trip Protect covers you for up to thirty (30) consecutive days from the date of activation of GOMO Neighbours Plan, limited to 1 claim per coverage period.  Coverage will continue for the next 30 days when you renew your GOMO Neighbours Plan.

 How to make a claim

Step 1: Complete the travel claim form

i) Use policy number: A5176138

ii) Attach a screenshot which displays your GOMO Neighbours Plan details (including mobile number and GOMO Neighbours Plan start date) for verification purposes

Step 2: Send the completed claim form along with the supporting documents to us via:
