Rest assured; your benefits remain unaffected even if you change your mobile number.
If you need to temporarily pause your service due to (i) loss or theft of the device or (ii) voluntarily for personal reasons, don't worry. Your benefits will automatically resume when you reconnect your service. If your benefits pause due to payment issues, you won’t be able to reinstate them but we're always here to help if you have any questions or concerns.
Great question! While you can transfer ownership of your Singtel service, the Singtel x NTUC collaboration benefits are tied to the original sign-up. This means the benefits won't automatically transfer to the new owner, even if they're an NTUC Member.
However, there's good news! The new owner can still explore their own eligibility for Singtel x NTUC benefits when they take over the service.
Great news! You can enjoy the Singtel x NTUC benefits. However, to ensure you receive these exclusive offers, your existing line(s) cannot be subscribed with CIS/ Staff / FOSS / Silver benefits.
If you're a Circle customer, you can still nominate your new line as a Keyline for the annual handset upgrade fee waiver benefit. While CIS customers cannot enjoy Circle Keyline benefits, but you can still enjoy your existing CIS plan's savings and other benefits.

You'll get an extra 1GB of roaming data with every purchase of a ReadyRoam plan (excluding the ReadyRoam Neighbours plans). This extra data will be automatically added to your plan, making your travels even more enjoyable! Just keep in mind that this extra 1GB won't apply to ReadyRoam plans that kick in automatically when you exceed your initial data bundle.
Your additional 1GB is valid for the same 30-day period as your ReadyRoam plan and covers the same destinations. This fantastic benefit is available when you recontract on M, L, and Pro plans.
SINGTEL RED MEMBERSHIP.
Yes you can! Your $80 voucher is automatically issued upon joining Singtel Red. Use your voucher right away when you sign up for a new mobile or broadband plan at any Singtel Shop or Exclusive Retailer.
Each customer can only have one Singtel Red membership but all users under the same account will be able to access and enjoy the benefits of our Singtel Red membership!

Your complimentary Singtel Red membership stays with you for 12 months, no matter your NTUC Membership status. We design our offers to give you the most bang for your buck.
We’ll send an SMS near the end of your membership cycle to inform you about the renewal to avoid any surprises. Renew completely hassle-free —no action needed if you plan to renew. You can also check your auto-renewal date in the My Singtel app (Rewards > Red member). The annual fee will be added to your Singtel bill if you choose to renew with us.
As a Singtel Red member, you'll receive an extra 1GB of roaming data for ReadyRoam Asia, Worldwide and Others plans. If you have both Singtel Red and NTUC memberships, you will only be given an extra 1GB of roaming data from your Singtel Red membership.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a guide on how you can redeem Red deals on My Singtel app. Log into My Singtel app using the mobile number you signed up with to browse and redeem over 100 exclusive deals.
