If you need to temporarily pause your service due to (i) loss or theft of the device or (ii) voluntarily for personal reasons, don't worry. Your benefits will automatically resume when you reconnect your service. If your benefits pause due to payment issues, you won’t be able to reinstate them but we're always here to help if you have any questions or concerns.
Great question! While you can transfer ownership of your Singtel service, the Singtel x NTUC collaboration benefits are tied to the original sign-up. This means the benefits won't automatically transfer to the new owner, even if they're an NTUC Member.
However, there's good news! The new owner can still explore their own eligibility for Singtel x NTUC benefits when they take over the service.
Great news! You can enjoy the Singtel x NTUC benefits. However, to ensure you receive these exclusive offers, your existing line(s) cannot be subscribed with CIS/ Staff / FOSS / Silver benefits.
If you're a Circle customer, you can still nominate your new line as a Keyline for the annual handset upgrade fee waiver benefit. While CIS customers cannot enjoy Circle Keyline benefits, but you can still enjoy your existing CIS plan's savings and other benefits.
