1. Eligibility. The promotions set out in these terms and conditions are only eligible for Singtel customers who are also active NTUC Members (“Singtel x NTUC Customer(s)”).
2. These promotions are not transferable and may not be used together with other Singtel promotions unless stated otherwise.
3. If NTUC Membership is terminated and subsequently reinstated, Singtel will not reinstate the benefits that was previously enjoyed by customer on the respective service(s) in this promotion. Customer will have to sign up for a new service, or perform a recontract in order to enjoy the privileges under this promotion.
4. To continue enjoying the privileges under this promotion, NTUC Members must ensure that their personal details (Eg. NRIC, FIN) with NTUC are kept up to date and match the details used to sign up for or recontract a Singtel service. Failure to do so may result in Singtel removing the applicable discounts or benefits.

6. 20% NTUC Member Promotion on Phone Plans: Customers who have newly subscribed to an Enhanced XS, Enhanced S, Enhanced M, Priority L, Priority Pro or Priority Family Phone Plan together with a 2-year Device Agreement can enjoy a 20% discount on the monthly subscription fee of their selected Phone Plan.
Phone prices may be inclusive of additional discounts where applicable. Promotions are valid till a date determined by Singtel, and are exclusive to active NTUC Members. Once NTUC Membership is terminated, all offers will cease from the next 1-2 billing cycles.

8. 10% NTUC Member Promotion on no contract SIM Only plans: Customers who have newly subscribed to a SIM Only Enhanced Core, Priority Plus or Priority Ultra plan can enjoy a 10% discount on the monthly subscription fee of their selected no contract SIM Only plan.
Promotions are valid till a date determined by Singtel, and are exclusive to active NTUC Members. Once NTUC Membership is terminated, all offers will cease from the next 1-2 billing cycles.
9. 5G SIM card. Singtel x NTUC Customers who sign up for a new mobile line and subscribe to a XS, S, M, L, Pro, Family Phone Plan or SIM Only Core, Plus or Ultra plan will receive a 5G SIM card. A physical SIM card is chargeable at $21.80.
10. Promotions for recontracting customers. Singtel x NTUC Customers who are recontracting on the Enhanced M, Priority L or Priority Pro Phone Plan with a 2-year Device Agreement may enjoy the following benefits:
(a) Data boost:
(i) Enhanced M Phone Plan: Additional 30GB of local data;
(ii) Priority L Phone Plan: Additional 70GB of local data; and
(iii) Priority Pro Phone Plan: Unlimited local data.
(b) Unlimited Talk time for 24 months. 24-month subscription to the value-added service, Talkmore Unlimited. Please refer to the Postpaid Mobile Terms and the Talkmore Unlimited FAQs here https://www.singtel.com/personal/i/talkmore-unlimited/faq for more information on the terms and conditions for Talkmore Unlimited. (c) Extra 1GB of roaming data. Singtel x NTUC Customers will enjoy an additional 1GB of roaming data, which will be automatically provided with every purchase of a ReadyRoam plan (excluding the ReadyRoam Neighbours plans). The additional 1GB is not applicable on ReadyRoam plans that are automatically added when the customer exceeds their first ReadyRoam plan’s data bundle.
The additional 1GB is valid for the same 30-day active plan period of the ReadyRoam plan subscribed, and valid only for the same destination coverage. Unused data is not refundable and cannot be carried forward.

11. 50% off Singtel TV Packs for new Singtel TV sign-ups.
(a) Eligibility. Singtel x NTUC Customer who are new subscribers to Singtel TV is eligible for this promotion.
(b) This promotion provides eligible customers with a 50% discount off the monthly subscription fee for the following Singtel TV Packs which comes with a Minimum Subscription Period of 24 months.
(c) Applicable TV Packs Include Chinese Pack, Malay Pack, Hindi Pack, Tamil Pack, Sports Pack, International Pack, Cricket Pack, Premier Sports Pack and Entertainment Plus.
(d) Promotion will end upon cancellation of NTUC Membership.
(e) Promotion is not stackable with any ongoing Singtel TV / Staff / FOSS / Singtel Circle promotions.
(f) NetLink Trust Fibre service activation charge of $61.04 (per port) and Singtel installation charge of of $91.68 (weekday) / $147.71 (weekend) will charged for customers without a new or existing Singtel Broadband service.
12. 1-for-1 selected TV Packs for existing Singtel TV customers.
(a) Eligibility. Singtel x NTUC Customer who are existing Singtel TV customers only.
(b) This promotion provides eligible customers with one (1) free TV Pack with a minimum of two (2) TV Packs purchased at the point of transaction, which comes with a Minimum Subscription Period of 24 months.
(c) Applicable TV Packs Include HBO Pak, Hong Kong Pak, Education Pack, Entertainment Pack, Kids Pack, Lifestyle Pack, News Pack, and Chinese Entertainment Pack.
(d) 100% off will be applicable to the TV Add-on Pack of the lowest retail price at the point of transaction.
(e) Promotion is only valid for one-time.

FOR NEW SINGTEL BROADBAND PLAN SIGN UPS
All Fibre Broadband bundle includes A 24-month contract, FREE registration fee waiver, FREE Fibre Termination Point installation (if required, first unit only), FREE weekday Router installation, and a Home Line.
In addition, you will receive the following discounts if you fulfil the criteria listed below:
(a) 20% NTUC Member Promo: 20% discount off the monthly subscription fee is applicable to customer who signs up to a new residential fibre broadband plan (applicable to 3Gbps Enhanced, 5Gbps Enhanced and 10Gbps Enhanced Fibre Home Bundles) with a 24-months contract. The above promotions are valid until a date determined by Singtel and are exclusive to active NTUC Members. Once NTUC Membership is terminated, all the offers under this promotion in relation to fibre broadband will also cease commencing from the next 1-2 billing cycles. For the avoidance of doubt, customers will still be able to enjoy the existing Singtel service plan without the NTUC discounts applied. Singtel reserves the right to change models of devices due to stock availability. All prices stated are inclusive of GST calculated at the prevailing GST rate. (f) Customers may upgrade to the full Red membership at any time during the trial period.

General Term and Conditions
14. By participating in the promotion, the customer consents to Singtel’s collection, holding, storage, use, processing, transfer, and disclosure to any relevant third party (including without limitation, any participating merchant and/or supplier), of its personal data and/or other information provided to Singtel, for (i) the purposes of organising and administration of the promotion; and (ii) for one or more of the purposes set out in Singtel’s Data Protection Policy (available at https://www.singtel.com/data-protection).
15. In case of dispute arising from or relating to the promotion, the decision of Singtel shall be final, conclusive and binding.
16. Singtel reserves the right to amend, revoke, vary or add to the terms and conditions of the promotion or suspend or terminate the promotion and/or any of its governing terms in its absolute discretion at any time without any liability. Any termination, suspension, amendment or variation of this promotion by Singtel or the terms and conditions herein shall not entitle any customer to any claims or compensation from Singtel for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by that customer, whether directly or indirectly caused.

18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the promotion irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
