    1. What is Singtel Super Stacker?

    Singtel Super Stacker is a bundle that consists of a Mobile Stack, Protect Stack, Broadband and Entertainment Stack, which enables customers to pool mobile data, talktime and other services for sharing so they can enjoy extra value across telco services.

    2. How do I sign up for Singtel Super Stacker?

    Start with an eligible 5G mobile plan, then add Mobile Stack, or otherwise known as Super Stacker Mobile, for $30.17/month (U.P. $40.26/month) on a 12-month or 24-month contract, dependent on your price plan. Alternatively, opt for the no contract version at $32.36/month for 12 months (U.P. $40.26/month) on SIM Only Plus or Ultra plans.

    3. What are the mobile plans that are eligible to sign up for Super Stacker Mobile?

    The eligible mobile plans are M, L, Pro, Fam phone plans, and SIM Only Plus and Ultra plans.

    Customers on Pro phone plan will enjoy 50% off Super Stacker Mobile (U.P $40.26/month), while Customers on Fam phone plan will enjoy 100% off Super Stacker Mobile.

    4. How can I check my re-contracting eligibility?

    Please visit My Singtel App or Visit https://myaccount.singtel.com/ to check your re-contracting eligibility.

    5. When can I sign up for the Singtel Super Stacker?

    To be part of Singtel Super Stacker, you must get the Super Stacker Mobile add-on when you sign up or recontract on a new eligible plan from 1st February 2023.

    6. How do I sign up for Super Stacker Mobile?

    You can sign up for the Super Stacker Mobile add-on from 1st February 2023 when you re-contract your mobile plan OR when you sign up for a new mobile plan (applicable to eligible plans only), at any of our Singtel shops, Singtel exclusive retailers or online.

    8. What is the additional local data, talktime & SMS allowance if I sign up for Super Stacker Mobile?
        Upon signing up for Super Stacker Mobile, you will receive these additional benefits on top of your base plan allowance:

    9. How does sharing of the bundle work?

    Customers can share their talktime/SMS/data bundle between the eligible mobile plan and the MobileShare line. Prevailing pay-per-use charges apply upon exceeding the price plan allowance.

    10. If I apply for AutoRoam on my main line, will the 5G MobileShare Supplementary Plus line automatically be able to share the AutoRoam service as well?

    No, the AutoRoam service will only be activated for the main line. Customer will have to subscribe to AutoRoam on the 5G MobileShare Plus line if needed.

    11. Can I use my 5G MobileShare Supplementary Plus line when I travel overseas?

    Yes, customers may subscribe to our available roaming plans on the supplementary line(s) before travelling overseas.

    Note: Data roaming plans are not shareable between the main and supplementary lines.

    12. Can I nominate my existing MobileShare lines under Singtel Super Stacker?

    Yes, you may nominate up to 2 MobileShare Supplementary Plus lines. Monthly recurring charges for the nominated 5G MobileShare Plus subscription lines will be waived.

    13. I have other Singtel Postpaid Mobile Lines. Can I convert them to MobileShare Supplementary Plus lines under Singtel Super Stacker?

    Yes, you may do so if the line is out of contract. Fees and charges may apply.

    14. Can I sign up or port-in Mobile lines at a later date under my Super Stacker Mobile subscription?

    Yes, if you are unable to nominate the MobileShare lines when you sign up for Super Stacker Mobile, you may choose to port-in or sign up for new lines when you are ready. Please speak to our agents at www.singtel.com/chat-ssm, call 1688 or visit your nearest Singtel Shop.

    15. If I terminate Super Stacker Mobile in the middle of my contract, will I face an early termination charge?

For customers on a 12 or 24 month contract with Super Stacker Mobile, there is a minimum subscription period of 12 or 24 months. An early termination charge will apply on the remaining contract term. No early termination charges apply for customers on the no contract version of Super Stacker Mobile on SIM Only Plus / Ultra.

    16. Will my benefits for the other products remain if I am no longer subscribed to Singtel Super Stacker?

    No, all the benefits will cease and you may be charged at the prevailing rates for the respective products.

    17. Will my benefits automatically kick in when I sign up for Super Stacker Mobile?

    No, please sign up for your chosen Stacks to enjoy more benefits. If you have subscribed to Super Stacker Mobile online, please follow instructions in the SMS and speak to our agents to activate your discounts.

    18. Will I be notified once I have successfully signed up for Super Stacker Mobile?

    If you have signed up online, you will receive a SMS containing further instructions. You may also refer to “My Add-ons” tab in My Singtel app or My Account to check if you have successfully subscribed to Super Stacker Mobile add-on.

    19. How does the value stack up to over $1,000?
