How to redeem your FREE SIM card.

For Enterprise customers, please contact your Sales Specialist or Account Manager on the SIM change details.

For SME customers, visit any Singtel Shop and Singtel Exclusive Retailer to exchange your current 3G SIM card for a FREE 5G SIM card with the following:

  1. Business Profile (with at least 6 months validity).
  2. Letter of Authorisation with company letterhead, stamp and director's signature (valid for 2 weeks).
  3. Bearer's original NRIC/Employment Pass (minimum 6 months validity). 
Bearer must be above 21 years old with no outstanding bills under their NRIC. Work permit holders are not eligible.

Alternatively, please visit any Singtel Shop and Singtel Exclusive Retailer to exchange your current 3G SIM card for a FREE 5G SIM card with the following:
