Remember to bring along these documents to collect and register your hi!Tourist or hi! SIM card:

• Confirmation email/ booking QR 
• Original Identification document (e.g. Passport, NRIC, S Pass etc.)

Do note:

• SIM card registration is compulsory and activation of SIM card will be done upon collection, otherwise your SIM card will be invalid.
• Effective from 1 April 2014, each customer can only register up to 3 Prepaid SIM cards. 
• The person registering the SIM card at the collection point needs to be at least 15 years old.
• Original physical passport must be presented for non-Singaporean / NRIC for Singapore citizen during redemption .
