Remember to bring along these documents to collect and register your hi!Tourist or hi! SIM card:

  • Confirmation email
  • Order ID 
  • Identification document (e.g. Passport, NRIC, S Pass etc.)

Your hi!Tourist or hi! SIM card must be registered upon collection. For self-registration, please register your SIM card within 7 days, otherwise it will be invalid.
