I am a Singtel Prepaid Subscriber, how do I get the free insurance?
You can get the free insurance either by 1) Performing a prepaid top-up of $20 and above, or 2) Purchasing the 30-Day Protect data plan for just $2.
What is the validity of the coverage?
The coverage is for 30 days. There will be an SMS reminder for you to top up (when your free insurance is about to expire) so that you can continue to be protected with the free insurance.
How many sets of free insurance can I get? Are they stackable?
You can get a maximum of 1 free policy coverage at any one time by performing a prepaid top-up of $20 and above, and a maximum of 3 free policy coverages at any one time by purchasing 3 sets of the 30-Day Protect data plan. All valid policy coverages are payable on top of each other. For example, a customer will be eligible to claim under (1) Free coverage for $20 top-up and above; (2) Free coverage for 30-Day Protect data plan; and (3) If he/she has valid coverage(s) under each plan.
Is the free insurance stackable in addition to the current insurance policy which my employer bought for me?
Yes, the free insurance is payable on top of other insurance policies.
When I enjoy 3 coverages, what does that mean?
You are protected with 3 times the coverage e.g. $9,000 ($3,000 x 3) for job loss after hospitalisation benefit.
