With the rising operation costs and inflation, unfortunately we are no longer able to offer the existing set-top box rental rate.

An early termination charge will apply if you are currently in contract.

Rental prices for all Singtel TV customers with HD, HD DVR & 4K DVR Set-Top box as their main set-top box will be increased from 1 September 2025 regardless of your contract status as the contract in your Singtel TV service refers to the contract for your content pack(s). There is no contract for your set-top box.

Customers who are still enjoying promotional discounts will continue to enjoy the remaining promotional discounts.​

Free months discounts – customers who are still enjoying free months will continue with the free months' promotion on the new price from 1 Sep 25. The new price will be effective after the free months have ended.​
% discounts – customers who are still enjoying % discounts (e.g. 50% off) will continue to enjoy the same % discounts off the new price. The new price will be effective after the discounts have ended.​
Fix dollar promotion – for customers who are still enjoying fix dollar promotion (e.g. $2 for 12 months), customers will continue to enjoy the $2 discounts off the new price for STB price till end of promotion. The new price will be effective after the discounts have ended.

There will be no change to the current channels you currently enjoy on your Singtel TV pack.

Switching to the new set-top box will require you to switch to our new TV packs as well. Please note that this switch will come with a new contract term for the TV packs. In the meantime, you can explore our latest TV packs and apps here.
