Can I buy a GOMO roaming add-on without a GOMO mobile plan?

No. You need an active GOMO mobile plan registered under your personal NRIC to buy or activate a roaming plan or add-on.

Does GOMO roaming include overseas calls and SMS?

GOMO roaming is data-only: calls and outgoing SMS are unavailable overseas. You may receive SMS, including OTPs, where 3G is supported. Check out GOMO's overseas calls and SMS guide for more information.

When should I buy and activate GOMO roaming before travelling?

You can purchase a GOMO data roaming add-on up to 30 days before your trip. Remember to check your add-on’s activation date and validity in the GOMO app. Once overseas, remember to switch on Mobile Data and Data Roaming to get connected. Refer to the advance purchase guide and preferred operator information before departure.

What happens to unused GOMO roaming data after it expires?

Unused data on a roaming plan or add-on expires at 11:59pm Singapore time (GMT+8) on the stated expiry date and does not carry over. Refer to GOMO's unused roaming data guide for details.
