You don't need to provide credit card or payment information to redeem Singtel AI Pass through CAST.SG.

Step 2: Activate Your AI Tools

After successfully redeeming your AI Pass, you'll receive activation codes, redemption links and instructions for accessing your AI tools via email.

What is Singtel AI Pass?

Singtel AI Pass gives eligible SWDA learners access to a curated suite of premium AI tools to help them learn, create and work more efficiently. Users receive access to all provided tools for three months before choosing one tool to continue using for another three months. Participating tools are subject to change.

Who is eligible for Singtel AI Pass?

Singapore Citizen aged 18 and above who have attended an eligible SWDA AI course that ends on 16 Sep 2026 or later.

What AI tools are available with Singtel AI Pass?

The current Singtel AI Pass offering includes Manus, Hailuo AI, Otter.ai, MiniMax Agent, MiniMax Audio and Akool. These cover capabilities including AI agents, video creation, meeting assistance, task automation, audio generation and visual content creation. Participating tools are subject to change.

How long can I use the AI tools?

You'll receive access to the provided AI tools for three months. You can then select one AI tool and continue using it for an additional three months.

Do I need a CAST.SG account?

Yes. You'll need to sign in to an existing CAST.SG account or create one to redeem your Singtel AI Pass. No credit card or payment information is required for the AI Pass redemption.

How do I access my AI tools after redemption?

Once you've successfully redeemed your AI Pass, you'll receive an email containing the relevant activation codes, redemption links and instructions. Singtel states that this should arrive within 48 hours.

Can I share my AI Pass or activation codes?

No. The voucher and activation codes are intended for personal use and cannot be shared, transferred, resold or exchanged for cash. You should also use the same email address when registering for Singtel AI Pass and the individual AI tools.
