Singtel Super Stacker is a customisable bundle plan that lets you sign up for multiple mobile lines and get more data + talktime for a lower price.

(And if you’re already on a Singtel plan, you can still sign up for Super Stacker to save on your existing bill). 

Think of it like a set meal you’re getting from McDonald's.  

If you buy a set meal, you end up paying less for your burger + drink + fries. If you purchase the items ala carte, you’ll definitely need to pay more. 

With your phone bill, the same concept applies.

You can buy three 'ala carte' mobile lines, but that will cost you more. 

Instead of doing that, go for the Super Stacker (where you get three mobile lines + additional data and talktime), so that you can save money on your bill!

To use the Singtel Super Stacker, you need to sign up for an eligible base plan.

We’ve listed down the eligible plans below – there are a few options for contract Phone Plans, or you can choose the SIM Only Plus Plan as well:

You can proceed to sign up for Super Stacker when you’re ready to recontract.

Once you’re signed up for one of the above base plans, the next step is to choose the stacks you want to use.

There are 4 different stacks available in Singtel Super Stacker, each with their own pricing, savings and benefits: 

At the very minimum, you’ll need to sign up for the Mobile Stack – think of that as the “default” stack that comes with the Super Stacker.

If you’d like, you can sign up for additional stacks (Protect, Broadband, Entertainment) as well – or if not, just go with the Mobile Stack alone.

Once you've completed the first 2 steps, the Super Stacker discount will be reflected in your next Singtel bill.

The Mobile Stack is where you get all your savings on your mobile lines. This gives you: 

Now, let’s do the math.

Let’s say you signed up for Singtel’s M Phone Plan, which is the most affordable plan that’s eligible for the Super Stacker. This gives you 130 GB of data, 600 mins of talktime, and 600 SMSes. 

With the Mobile Stack, here’s what you’ll be getting:

Remember, this can be shared amongst 3 people, since you have 1 line from your base plan + 2 additional lines.

Even if you split it three ways, you get 260/3 = approximately 86 GB of data per person – this should be more than enough for the average Singaporean.

So, how much do you save by using the Singtel Super Stacker + Mobile Stack?

Here are the calculations, again based on the M Phone Plan as the base plan: 

As you can see, the price that you’re paying per month is VERY different.

With Super Stacker, you’re paying $128.17 for all 3 phone lines – that's $165.83 less than the “ala carte” price of $294.

And once you split it three ways, you’re looking at $42.72 per pax (Super Stacker price) as compared to $98 per pax (“ala carte” price).

This translates into 57% savings on your monthly phone bill when you use Super Stacker, and this is basically the cheapest Singtel postpaid plan that you can get.

Now, the calculations above are based on Super Stacker vs 3 x mobile lines (M Phone Plan).

But of course, that’s not the only option. Instead of 3 x mobile lines (M Phone Plan), there are other alternatives, including:

We won’t go into the detailed calculations – just know that these options all cost more than the Super Stacker.

At the very minimum, you get to save ~20% using the Super Stacker (this is assuming you're comparing the Super Stacker against 1 x M Plan + 2 x SIM Only Plus 30 Plans).

At the end of the day, the Super Stacker still gives you the best value!

Mobile Stack aside, there’s also the Protect Stack, Broadband Stack, and Entertainment Stack.

Here’s a quick summary:

The answer is a resounding yes – as long as you have enough people to split it with, it definitely makes sense to get the Super Stacker.

Let’s talk about the Super Stacker + Mobile Stack alone:

To recap, if you get a Super Stacker with 1 x “base” mobile line + 2 free mobile lines, you’re spending $128.17 per month in total (aka $42.72 per pax).

But if you get the 3 x mobile lines individually, you’ll spend $294 per month (aka $98 per pax).

For most folks, this would be the most optimised way of using the Super Stacker (just the Super Stacker + Mobile Stack).

How about adding on the other stacks, such as Protect, Broadband, and Entertainment?

To be honest, this only makes sense if you use these services. 

For example: If you’re one of those people who handle their phones carefully and take a lot of care with their phones, you might not need the Protect Stack.

But obviously, if you do need it and find it worthwhile, adding more Stacks to the Super Stacker means that you’ll save even more.

You can share your Super Stacker with anyone.

It doesn’t need to be a family member – it's perfectly fine to share with friends as well.

Yes – it's not just new customers that can sign up for the Super Stacker, existing customers are welcome to sign up as well.
