The Singtel-UOB Card is designed for Singtel and GOMO customers who want cashback on eligible telco bills and everyday spending. Under the programme published as of 14 August 2026, card members can earn up to 12% cashback on eligible Singtel/GOMO spend and up to 10% on eligible local online and mobile contactless spend.
The bonus rates require at least S$800 in eligible transactions within a statement month and are subject to separate category caps. If the minimum spend is not met, the published programme awards 0.3% cashback on eligible transactions instead. The card is therefore most relevant when the threshold can be reached through normal spending.
Eligible spend category | Cashback rate | Monthly cashback cap |
|---|---|---|
| Singtel/GOMO spend | Below S$800: 0.3% S$800 and above: 12% | S$30/month |
| Local online and mobile contactless spend | Below S$800: 0.3% S$800 and above: 10% | S$30/month |
| Other eligible local spend | Below S$800: 0.3% S$800 and above: 0.3% | S$20/month |
This editorial example shows how an S$800 statement month could translate into cashback when the published rates and category caps are applied. It is not an official Singtel or UOB transaction example.
Eligible spend category | Example spend and calculation | Illustrative cashback |
|---|---|---|
| Singtel/GOMO spend | S$250 x 12% Category cap: S$30 | S$30.00 |
| Local online/mobile contactless spend | S$300 x 10% Category cap: S$30 | S$30.00 |
| Other eligible local spend | S$250 x 0.3% Category cap: S$20 | S$0.75 |
| Total | Total example spend: S$800 | S$60.75 |
Illustration only: The example assumes all transactions qualify, post within the same statement month and meet the published monthly qualifying-spend requirement. Actual cashback may differ because of eligibility, exclusions, posting dates, rounding and programme changes.
Why this matters: The card can be rewarding for the right spending pattern, but “up to 12% cashback” does not mean 12% on the full S$800 monthly spend.

Can I earn cashback on Singtel mobile, broadband and GOMO bills?
Yes, eligible one-time and recurring Singtel bill payments and eligible GOMO spend are included in the published Singtel-spend category. The applicable rate and cap depend on meeting the qualifying-spend requirement and all other terms.
Is there a minimum monthly spend?
Yes. The published 12% Singtel/GOMO rate and 10% local online/mobile contactless rate require at least S$800 in eligible transactions within a statement month. If this is not met, eligible transactions earn 0.3% cashback under the published programme.
How much cashback can the Singtel-UOB Card earn each month?
For the three local-spend categories, the published monthly caps total S$80: S$30 for eligible Singtel/GOMO spend, S$30 for eligible local online/mobile contactless spend and S$20 for other eligible local spend. Actual cashback depends on qualifying transactions and exclusions.
Does mobile contactless include tapping the physical card?
No. Mobile contactless payments are made through an eligible mobile wallet and are treated differently from tapping the physical card. Check the latest terms for eligible wallets and transaction types.
When will cashback be credited?
According to the Singtel-UOB Card FAQ, cashback earned in the current statement month is credited to the card account in the next statement month.
