Make sure to bring these equipment to your new address:

• For broadband: Optical Network Router/Optical Network Terminal, router, mesh extenders (if any), power adaptors, all accompanying cables
• For Singtel TV: Power adaptor, set-top box, remote control, all accompanying cables
• For landline: Home telephone, power adaptor (if any), all accompanying cables

We'll send a Singtel engineer to set up the equipment at your new address.

Your existing services will be cut off at 12:01AM on your relocation appointment date, and services at your new address will work after installation is completed.

The final charges, if any, will be reflected in your Singtel bill within the next 2 billing cycles.

You can retain your existing landline only if the following applies :

• You are using Singtel Home Digital line
• You are subscribed to Number Retention Service
