Download latest firmware

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to My Singtel app via OnePass. 

2. Scroll down to Quick access and tap on Manage WiFi.

3. Look for Update firmware, and tap Update. 

4. Select the broadband service (if you have more than 1), and tick the checkbox to proceed. 

5. Select the device with the yellow prompt and tap Update firmware. 

6. Tap confirm. 

7. You’ll see this screen once your request is successful.

1. Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a folder.

Firmware details

Version: v4.00.00_build35

This release improves router manageability.

2. Extract the contents from the downloaded ZIP file with file name: Singtel-ACPlus_v4.00.00_build34c_20220216_linux_sign_new.trx

3. Go to https://192.168.1.x then click Advanced Settings.

Enter the password which is the serial number on the label at the bottom of your router.

4. Go to Administration > Firmware upgrade.

5. Click Choose File and upload the downloaded file.

6. Click Apply to proceed.

7. Upon completion, it will refresh back to the login page.

Using this device on Singtel network?

It will be automatically upgraded by Singtel’s auto-firmware update server and no manual download is needed.

1. Ensure that your PC/laptop is connected to the Airties with the listed WiFi details.

2. Once successfully connected, go to https://192.168.1.254.

3. Log in with these credentials:

Check your current firmware version from the device info page. 

4. Click on Management > Update Software from the menu.

5. Click on Check for Updates Now. 

6. Wait till the page has loaded and click upgrade.

Your device will restart automatically when the update is complete. Refresh the device info page for the updated firmware version. 

Using this device on Singtel network?

It will be automatically upgraded by Singtel’s auto-firmware update server and no manual download is needed.

1. Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a folder.

2. Extract the contents from the downloaded ZIP file with file name: K153-10_EdgeAP-ONTV500R022C10SPC188_edge_plugin_all_encrypt.bin

3. Find the IP address from the main ONR V-183 GUI belonging to the FTTR ONR K153-10 and enter the address in your browser.

4. Enter the password (same password as the connected primary FTTR) to log in. 

The secondary FTTR will use the same login password as the primary FTTR once connected.

5. Choose More > System Management > Software Upgrade.

6. Click Browse and choose the firmware update file. 

Next, click Upgrade and wait 3–4 minutes until the success message is displayed.

7. Click Reboot to restart the FTTR ONR and wait for 2 minutes.

8. Verify the updated version.

On the FTTR ONR web page, choose More > System Info > Device Information and check if the software version has been updated. 

1. Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a local folder.

Connect your LAN cable from your PC/laptop to one of the LAN ports of your device. 

2. Extract the contents from the downloaded ZIP file with file name: 183_MainONR-ONTV500R022C10SPC188_plugin_all_encrypt.bin

3. Go to http://192.168.1.254

4. Enter the administrator username (support) and password i.e. reverse of the last 10 digits of the serial number to log in.

E.g. If the product label serial number is 485754438ACB4AAD, the password of the last 10 digits in reverse will be  DAA4BCA834.

5. Choose Advanced Configuration > Maintenance Diagnosis > Software Upgrade.

6. Click Browse and choose the firmware update file. 

Next, click Upgrade and wait 3–4 minutes until the success message is displayed.

7. Click Reboot to restart the FTTR ONR and wait for 2 minutes.

8. Verify the updated version.

On the FTTR ONR web page, choose System Info > Device Information and check if the software version has been updated. 

1.  Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a folder.

2.  Extract the contents from the downloaded ZIP file with file name: WE410443-ST_v6.02.00_build14_sign_version_new.trx

3. Go to https://192.168.1.x.

Enter the username and admin password from the label at the bottom of your mesh extender.

4. Go to System > Firmware Update.

5. Click on Upgrade and enter the device password.

6. Click Choose File to upload the firmware file.

7. Click Upgrade, then OK when prompted to proceed.

8. Upon completion, the page will refresh back to the login page.

Using this device on Singtel network?

3. Go to https://192.168.1.x.

Enter the username and admin password from the label at the back of your router that indicates Web Login Info.

4. Go to Advanced Settings > Administration > Firmware Upgrade.

5. Click on Choose File to upload the file.

6. Click Apply to proceed.

7. Upon completion, it will refresh back to the main page.

Using this device on Singtel network?

1. Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a folder.

2. Log in to the device management platform. Enter the password that can be found on the label at the bottom of your router. 

3. Go to System Tools > Firmware Update

4. There are 2 ways to do an upgrade - via online connection or upload of a downloaded file.

Method 1: Via online connection

(a) Click Check for upgrades.

Method 2: Via upload of downloaded file

(a) Click Browse . 

(b) Select firmware file (in .bin format). 

(c) Tick the device and click Upgrade .

(d) This will kickstart the firmware update process.

After upgrade is complete, your router will reboot.

Do that by logging in to your device management platform again. Go to System Tools > Firmware Upgrade to check the firmware version. 

1. Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a folder.

2. Log in to the device management platform using the username and password that can be found on the label at the bottom of your router.

Use a LAN cable to connect your computer to the yellow LAN port on your router. 

Or, you can connect your computer to the router's WiFi using the WiFi network name and password on your router's label.

3. Go to Advanced Settings > Administration > Firmware Upgrade.

4. Click Select file and choose the latest firmware that was downloaded in step 1.

5. Click Apply . This kickstarts the firmware upgrade process. After the upgrade is completed, your router will reboot.

6. You can check if the upgrade is successful by logging in to your device management platform again and checking the firmware version.

2. Extract the contents from the downloaded ZIP file with file name: HB810v1_0.7.0 3.0.0 v6095.0 Build 241209 Rel.20457n.bin

3. Log in to https://tplinkwifi.net

Enter the Web GUI password that can be found on the label at the bottom of your mesh AP. 

4. Go to System tools > Firmware Upgrade.

5. Click Browse and choose firmware (.bin) files.

6. Tick the HB810 and click Upgrade.

7.  The upgrade will be in progress.

8.  The Mesh AP will reboot after the upgrade is done. 

Check via System tools>Firmware Upgrade to check if it has been upgraded to the latest firmware. 

1. Download the latest firmware (*.zip) and save in a folder.

2. Go to https://192.168.1.x


Enter the username and admin password from the label at the bottom of your mesh.

3. Go to Advanced Settings > Administration > Firmware Upgrade .

4. Click Select file to upload the file.

5. Click Apply to proceed. Keep your device on during the upgrade process till it completes.

4. Go to System > Firmware Update.

5. Click Choose File to upload the file.

6. Click Upgrade then OK when prompted to proceed.

7. Upon completion, the page will refresh back to the login page.

4. Go to Administration > Firmware Update.

5. Click Firmware File to upload the file.

6. Click Begin Upgrade to proceed.

7. Upon completion, there will be a prompt to inform that the upgrade is successful.

5. Click Apply to proceed. Do not power off your device during the upgrade.
