2. Go to https://192.168.1.x. Enter the username and admin password that can be found on the label at the bottom of your router that indicates Login Info.

Go to Advanced Settings > Administration > Firmware Upgrade.

3. Click Select file to upload the file.

4. Click Apply button to proceed with firmware upgrade. Do note to not power off the device during the upgrade process.

Note:

If you are using this device in the Singtel network, it will be automatically upgraded by Singtel’s auto-firmware update server.

If connected to a non-Singtel network, manually download and upgrade your device from this page.
