Follow these steps:

1. Download the latest firmware and save in a folder. (Firmware version: TBA 0.4.0 3.0.0 v60d7.0 Build 240906 Rel.4204n)

2. Log in to the device management platform. Enter the password that can be found on the label at the bottom of your router. 

3. Go to System Tools > Firmware Update

4. There are 2 ways to do an upgrade - via online connection or upload of a downloaded file.

Method 1: Via online connection

(a) Click Check for upgrades.

Method 2: Via upload of downloaded file

(a) Click Browse. 

(b) Select firmware file (in .bin format). 

(c) Tick the device and click Upgrade.

(d) This will kickstart the firmware update process.

      After upgrade is complete, your router will reboot.

      Do that by logging in to your device management platform again. Go to System Tools > Firmware Upgrade to check the firmware version.
