Unsubscribe from Broadband add-ons
 


1. Log in to My Singtel app.

Login to my account to manage Singtel broadband add-ons


2. Upon logging in, if your Broadband service is not shown as default, tap on your account number to switch services.

Select your broadband account to manage Singtel broadband add-ons

3. Tap on My add-ons.

Tap on 3 dots to select broadband  add-ons

4. Tap in to your add-on details and unsubscribe.

5. Tap Yes,proceed to confirm. Review any additional information if applicable.

Once you have successfully unsubscribed from the add-on, an updated Service Agreement will be emailed to you. This change will be reflected within your next 2 bills.
