How to set up my SingNet Email account in other email servers?

<h6>Step 1</h6><p>Create a new mail account on your PC/mobile phone by entering your email account and password.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h6>Step 2</h6><p>Check your outlook settings and ensure your email servers are set up as:<br>Incoming Email Server set to '<b>imap.singnet.com.sg</b>', and Incoming port to <b>993</b>.<br>Outgoing Email Server set to '<b>smtp.singnet.com.sg</b>' and Outgoing port to <b>465</b>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>User ID and Password is <b>compulsory</b> for both incoming and outgoing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mark the security setting as SSL required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h6>Step 3</h6><p>Send a test email to your email account from another email.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h6>Step 4</h6><p>Check that you've received the test email in your email account after 2-3 mins.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h6>Step 5</h6><p>If you did not receive the test email, disable your firewall and/or antivirus software temporarily and try steps 3 and 4 again.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h6>Step 6</h6><p>If your email is still not working, contact us by clicking the button at the bottom right of your browser, and our Customer Care Officers will help assist you.</p>
