Follow these steps to reboot your broadband equipment.
1. Turn off the power of your Optical Network Terminal (ONT)/Optical Network Router (ONR).
2. Turn off the power of your router/access point.
3. Turn on the power of your ONT/ONR. It will take about 2 minutes to boot up. Check that the POWER and PON LED lights are in green colour and are stable.
4. Turn on the power of your router/access point. It will take about 5 minutes to boot up. Check that the following LED lights are:
LED light | Light colour and status |
---|---|
POWER | Green and stable |
ETHERNET | Green and blinking |
WIRELESS | Green and blinking |
BROADBAND | Green and stable |
INTERNET | Green and blinking |
