What is different in the new Combo plans?
From 15 September 2017 to 25 April 2018, customers who sign up or recontract to the new Combo 3 & 6 will enjoy unlimited talktime and SMS/MMS benefits. Combo 12 plans also comes with a yearly $500 handset upgrade voucher, Free Voice Mail, Caller ID, and subscription to AutoRoam.
What is Data Roaming Plan Rebate for Combo 6/Combo 12 plans?
Customers who sign up or recontract on Combo 6/Combo 12 during the promo period pf 15 Sep'17 to 25 Apr'18 will enjoy a monthly Data Roaming Plan Rebate capped at $20 and $35 per billing cycle respectively. Who is eligible to sign-up?
All customers signing up under NRIC/FIN, Corporate Individual Scheme, and SME customers are eligible to sign-up for Combo plans.
What is different in the new Combo plans?
From 15 September 2017, customers who sign up or recontract to the new Combo 3 & 6 will enjoy unlimited talktime and SMS/MMS benefits. I have signed up on a Combo 3/ Combo 6/ Combo 12 plan before 15 September 2017. Will I automatically enjoy the new benefits?
No, only new / recontracting customers to the new Combo 3/6/12 plans from 15 September 2017 to 25 April 2018 will enjoy the new benefits.
If I had signed up on a Combo 3 plan before 15 September 2017, and I am within contract, can I change plan to the new Combo 3 Plan?
No, However if you are eligible to recontract, you can recontract to the new plan.
Can I upgrade my existing Combo plan to enjoy the new price plan benefits?
Yes, you may do so.
I am out of contract on my Combo 6 plan which I signed up before 15 September 2017, can I recontract to the new Combo 3 plan?
Yes, you may do so.
I am an existing Combo 4 customer, can I still recontract or take up a Combo 4 plan?
No. We no longer offer Combo 4 for sign up and recontract. However, you may sign up to our prevailing available price plans.
I’m currently on Combo 4 and voluntary suspended my line, can I resume my price plan?
We recommend you to change plan to our prevailing available price plans. Nonetheless, you may still reconnect to your existing Combo 4 plan. Standard temporary suspension of service fee applies.
For the unlimited talktime and SMS/MMS benefits, is it subject to fair usage policy?

I have signed up on a Combo 3 plan after 15 Sep 2017, why do I see an Enhanced Combo charge of $6 in my Sales Agreement form?
In accordance to our new Combo 3 plan that was introduced from 15th Sept 2017, the price has been revised to $68.90 (includes GST). The plan subscription of $68.90 is reflected as Combo 3 Plan at $62.90 and Enhanced Combo $6, which comes with unlimited talktime and SMS that cannot be terminated separately.

What is Data Roaming Plan Rebate for Combo 6/Combo 12 plans?
Customers who sign up or recontract on Combo 6/Combo 12 during the promotional period of 15 Sep'17 to 25 Apr'18, will get to enjoy monthly Data Roaming Plan Rebate capped at $20 and $35 per billing cycle respectively. The rebate applies on your subscription charges for your first sign up of eligible Data Roaming Plan(s) every month, and does not apply on any subsequent add-on. The rebate benefit is valid for 24 months only and valid for sign ups and recontract during the promotional period only.
What are the eligible Data Roaming Plans?
The eligible Data Roaming Plans are:<br><ul><li>ReadyRoam 1GB 30 Days Malaysia/9/18/56 Destinations</li><li>DataRoam 1GB Monthly Recurring Australia/Malaysia</li><li>DataRoam 200MB Monthly Recurring Malaysia</li><li>DataRoam Unlimited Daily</li></ul><br>* Rebate is not applicable on charges beyond 1GB.
How will my promotional Data Roaming Plan Rebate apply?
Your Data Roaming Plan Rebate will be capped at $20 for Combo 6 plan and $35 for Combo 12 plan. Any excess charges will not be offset by the Data Roaming Plan Rebate.
How do I enjoy the Data Roaming Plan Rebate?
Simply sign up for any of the eligible Data Roaming plans via My Singtel app as early as 14 days in advance. You may also subscribe via the following modes:<br><ul><li>Dial *7626</li><li>Call 1688 (S$10 activation fee applies)</li></ul><br>While overseas,<br><ul><li>Dial *100#</li><li>SMS *7626 to 3333 (Roaming SMS applies)</li></ul>
How do I know if I am eligible for the Data Roaming rebate?
As long as you are a Postpaid Mobile subscriber with a Postpaid Mobile line registered under your NRIC and sign up or recontract on Combo 6 or Combo 12 from 15 September 2017 to 25 April 2018, you will be eligible for the Data Roaming Plan Rebate.
I did not travel this month. Can I carry over my Data Roaming Plan Rebate to the next month?
Any unused Data Roaming Plan Rebate will not be rolled over to the next month.
If I am an existing customer on Combo 6/ Combo 12 and enjoying the free Data Roaming Plan Rebate, can I recontract early or request for temporary suspension?
Existing customers who are on Combo 6/ Combo 12 will enjoy the free Data Roaming Plan Rebate as long as it has not expired (<24 months). The free Data Roaming Plan Rebate will cease upon recontract/ change of price plan/ transfer of ownership/ request for voluntary suspension/ involuntary suspension.

What is Free Premium Video Content benefit for Combo 6/Combo 12 plans?
Customers who sign-up or recontract on a residential Combo 6/Combo 12 plan during the promotional period will enjoy free access to Premium Video Content on HBO GO for 24 consecutive months. The Premium Video Content for HBO GO will start based on Price Plan start date.
How can I redeem the Free Premium Video Content benefit?

What happens to my Free Premium Video Content if I recontract or change to an ineligible plan?

Can I unsubscribe from Free Access to Premium Video Content?

Your Premium Video Content (HBO GO) will revert back to $13.98/month.
