What is the new Singtel Combo Price Plan?
The new Singtel Combo Mobile plans comes with bigger value, bundled with more talktime and SMS/MMS, local data and a new handset. For a promotional period, enjoy unlimited Singtel WiFi access at most popular hotspots in Singapore including shopping malls and major MRT interchanges.
Who is eligible to sign-up?
All customers signing up under NRIC/FIN, Corporate Individual Scheme, and SME customers are eligible to sign-up for Combo plans.
What is different in the new Combo plans?
From 15 September 2017, customers who sign up or recontract to the new Combo 3 & 6 will enjoy unlimited talktime and SMS/MMS benefits. I have signed up on a Combo 3/ Combo 6/ Combo 12 plan before 15 September 2017. Will I automatically enjoy the new benefits?
No, only new / recontracting customers to the new Combo 3/6/12 plans from 15 September 2017 to 25 April 2018 will enjoy the new benefits.
If I had signed up on a Combo 3 plan before 15 September 2017, and I am within contract, can I change plan to the new Combo 3 Plan?
No, However if you are eligible to recontract, you can recontract to the new plan.
Can I upgrade my existing Combo plan to enjoy the new price plan benefits?
Yes, you may do so.
I am out of contract on my Combo 6 plan which I signed up before 15 September 2017, can I recontract to the new Combo 3 plan?
Yes, you may do so.
I am an existing Combo 4 customer, can I still recontract or take up a Combo 4 plan?
No. We no longer offer Combo 4 for sign up and recontract. However, you may sign up to our prevailing available price plans.
I’m currently on Combo 4 and voluntary suspended my line, can I resume my price plan?
We recommend you to change plan to our prevailing available price plans. Nonetheless, you may still reconnect to your existing Combo 4 plan. Standard temporary suspension of service fee applies.

I have signed up on a Combo 3 plan after 15 Sep 2017, why do I see an Enhanced Combo charge of $6 in my Sales Agreement form?
In accordance to our new Combo 3 plan that was introduced from 15th Sept 2017, the price has been revised to $68.90 (includes GST). The plan subscription of $68.90 is reflected as Combo 3 Plan at $62.90 and Enhanced Combo $6, which comes with unlimited talktime and SMS that cannot be terminated separately.
