When can I sign up for the DATA X INFINITY add-on?
You can sign up DATA X INFINITY when you sign up or recontract on a new eligible Combo plan from 15 Sep 2017.
What is the fair use policy for DATA X INFINITY?
There is no limit to the data you are able to use for DATA X INFINITY. However to ensure a consistent service for everyone, when your monthly usage exceeds 50GB for Combo 3 and above plans, data speeds will be reduced to 1 Mbps. At this speed, you can still enjoy day-to-day surfing and light video streaming.
I am a current DATA X 2 / DATA X 3 subscriber on Combo 3 (before 15 Sep 2017), can I upgrade to DATA X INFINITY ?
Yes, you are most welcome to upgrade to DATA X INFINITY from DATA X 2 / DATA X 3. Please note you will need to recontract to the new and improved Combo Plans which are applicable from 15 Sep 2017 in order to effect the upgrade.
Are there any charges when I sign up for the DATA X INFINITY add-on?
Yes, a one-time activation fee of $10.70 applies with every sign up of DATA X INFINITY.
Are Youth plans eligible to sign up for DATA X INFINITY add-on?
Yes, as long as the base mobile plans are Combo 3 and above.
How do I sign up for DATA X INFINITY add-on?
You may sign up for the DATA X INFINITY add-on from 15<sup>th</sup> September 2017 upon re-contracting your mobile plan OR when signing up a new mobile plan (Combo 3 and above plans only), at any of our Singtel shops or Singtel exclusive retailers or Singtelshop.com.
Will I be notified once I have successfully signed up for DATA X INFINITY add-on?
No. However, you can refer to the “My Add-ons” tab in My Singtel app or My Account to check if you have successfully subscribed to DATA X INFINITY add-on.
Can my MobileShare supplementary line(s) share the DATA X INFINITY add-on which my Combo 3 plan has subscribed to?
Yes, your MobileShare supplementary line is able to share the data bundle.
Will I get charged excess charges for using data beyond the 50GB fair usage policy if I have the DATA X INFINITY add-on?
No, local data pay-per-use charges will be waived from the activation date of DATA X INFINITY.
Is the 50GB fair usage policy inclusive of my plan bundle data allocation?
The 50GB fair usage policy applies in addition to your plan bundle data allocation.E.g. Combo 12 + DATA X INFINITY has a total of 62GB
Will I get charged excess charges for using local data beyond my allocated data bundle before I sign up for the DATA X INFINITY add-on in my bill cycle?
Yes, as local data pay-per-use charges will only be waived from the activation date of DATA X INFINITY add-on.
Are there any penalty charges if I terminate my DATA X INFINITY add-on in the middle of my contract?
Yes. There is a minimum subscription period of 24 months. Early termination charges apply on the remaining months of the contract term multiplied by the subscription price.
What is the total local data bundle I am entitled to once I have subscribed to DATA X INFINITY add-on?

Yes, as long as the mobile plans are Combo 2 and above.

As the data bundle for Combo 1 is 100MB, we would recommend customers to sign up DataMore 1GB ($5.90/mth) instead to enjoy an additional 1GB local data or DataMore. How do I sign up for DATA X 3 add-on?

What is my total local data bundle entitlement if I have signed up DATA X 3 on Combo 2 Youth plan?
Your total local data bundle entitlement is <u>7GB</u> (Combo 2 (2GB) + DATA X 3 (4GB) + Free 1GB).
I’ve subscribed to DATA X 3 add-on on my Combo 2 mobile plan. What would be my total local data bundle entitlement if I upgrade my mobile plan to Combo 3?
As the DATA X 3 add-on triples your mobile plan data bundle, your total data bundle entitlement will be 9GB if you upgrade your mobile plan to Combo 3.

Can I sign up DATA X 2 and DATA X 3 add-on at the same time?
Customers may not subscribe to both DATA X 2 and DATA X 3 Add-ons simultaneously. Either Add-on must be terminated before the customer may subscribe to the other. Early termination charges may apply.
Can I cancel my DATA X 2 and sign up DATA X 3 without re-contracting my mobile line? Is there any termination charges?
Yes, you can. No, there will be no early termination charges.

Yes, you can. Yes, an early termination charge of the monthly recurring charge for DATA X 3 multiplied by the number of months remaining in the minimum subscription period.
