Yes, A one-time activation fee of $10.70 applies with every sign up of DATA X 3 from 31st August 2017.
Can my MobileShare supplementary line(s) share the DATA X 3 add-on which my Combo 2 plan has subscribed to?
Yes, your MobileShare supplementary line is able to share the data bundle of the Combo 2 plan.
Why are Combo 1 subscribers not eligible to sign up for DATA X 3 add-on?
As the data bundle for Combo 1 is 100MB, we would recommend customers to sign up DataMore 1GB ($5.90/mth) instead to enjoy an additional 1GB local data or DataMore. How do I sign up for DATA X 3 add-on?
You may sign up for the DATA X 3 add-on upon re-contracting your mobile plan OR when signing up a new mobile plan (Combo 2 and above plans only), at any of our Singtel shops or Singtel exclusive retailers or Singtelshop.com.
What is my total local data bundle entitlement if I have signed up DATA X 3 on Combo 2 Youth plan?
Your total local data bundle entitlement is <u>7GB</u> (Combo 2 (2GB) + DATA X 3 (4GB) + Free 1GB).
I’ve subscribed to DATA X 3 add-on on my Combo 2 mobile plan. What would be my total local data bundle entitlement if I upgrade my mobile plan to Combo 3?
As the DATA X 3 add-on triples your mobile plan data bundle, your total data bundle entitlement will be 9GB if you upgrade your mobile plan to Combo 3.
Will I be notified once I have successfully signed up for DATA X 3 add-on?
No. However, you can refer to the “My Add-ons” tab in My Singtel app or My Account to check if you have successfully subscribed to DATA X 3 add-on.
Is there any penalty charges if I terminate my DATA X 3 add-on in the middle of my contract?
Yes. There is a minimum subscription period of 24 months. Early termination charges apply on the remaining contract terms.
Would I be able to continue to my DATA X 3 add-on service after 24 months?
Yes. DATA X 3 add-on will continue and only be terminated upon customer’s request.
I have re-contracted my mobile plan 1 month ago, can I sign up for DATA X 3 add-on?
Yes, you may now triple your data allowance bundle with DATA X 3 anytime during your mobile plan contract period (Combo 2 and above plans only), at any of our Singtel shops, Singtel exclusive retailers or Singtelshop.com and My Singtel App.
I am currently subscribed to Combo 2 and have successfully signed up for DATA X 3 add-on. Can I still continue to enjoy this DATA X 3 add-on if I decide to change my mobile plan to Combo 1?
No, your DATA X 3 add-on will be terminated. The eligible price plan for DATA X 3 add-on are Combo 2, 3, 4, 6 and 12. Please note that as there is a minimum subscription period of 24 months for DATA X 3, early termination charges may apply on the remaining contract terms.
Can I sign up DATA X 2 and DATA X 3 add-on at the same time?
Customers may not subscribe to both DATA X 2 and DATA X 3 Add-ons simultaneously. Either Add-on must be terminated before the customer may subscribe to the other. Early termination charges may apply.
Can I cancel my DATA X 2 and sign up DATA X 3 without re-contracting my mobile line? Is there any termination charges?
Yes, you can. No, there will be no early termination charges.
