This happens when your eSIM has been successfully installed, but your line is not activated on your new eSIM yet. Leave the page first.
When this occurs, your eSIM should display as "Activating" under Settings > Mobile Service.
Some reasons for this:
1. You're recontracting with Singtel and switching to a new eSIM, but your line is still active on your current SIM.

What to do:
Purchased in shop? Your eSIM will activate 30 minutes after you receive it via email. After lost of network on your old SIM, make sure your eSIM is turned on in device settings. Restart your device after.
2. You ported your line into Singtel, but we have yet to receive your line from your outgoing operator.

Wait for your port-in to be completed. Once port-in is completed, make sure your eSIM is turned on in device settings. Restart your device after.
To use your Singtel postpaid mobile line while overseas, you must first subscribe to either AutoRoam or activate Pay-As-U-Roam, after which you can subscribe to SMSVoiceRoam and DataRoam Plans for value roaming options.
