After installing your eSIM, you may encounter the message above. This is an iOS prompt that will be sent regardless of your eSIM activation status.

Stay rest assured that your eSIM will be activated according to the specified timeframe. After receiving this message, do the following to make sure your eSIM is set up correctly:

  1. Remove any physical SIMs from the tray. (This will help you identify if your eSIM network is active.)
  2. Toggle on your new eSIM.
  3. Restart your device.
