When can I set up and use my SIM card/eSIM?

Bought a device?

You'll receive your eSIM via email after device delivery. Set up your eSIM from the email.

Got the eSIM without a device?

Refer to your eSIM email and follow these steps:

1. Install your eSIM on your preferred device.

2. After installation, make sure your new eSIM is toggled On in device settings.

3. Restart your device.

Bought a device?

We'll start the number transfer only after device delivery.

After port-in completes, you'll receive your eSIM via email - follow the instructions to set it up.

Got the eSIM without a device?

Follow these steps:

1. Wait for port-in to be completed. You'll receive SMS updates on the number transfer status.

2. After port-in completes, you'll receive your eSIM via email. Set it up from there. 

3. Make sure your new eSIM is toggled On in device settings once set-up is done.

4. Restart your device.
