How many eSIMs can I have on my device?
Most devices can accommodate at least 5 eSIMs, but you can only have 2 active mobile lines at a time. This includes combinations of physical SIM and eSIM, or 2 eSIMs.<br><br><b>Important to note:</b> Dual eSIM support is not widely available across most device yet. Check with your device manufacturer to be sure.

Can I install my eSIM on a second device or transfer it to another device?
No. Once installed, your eSIM can only be used on 1 device. It cannot be transferred or reinstalled on a second device. If you switched to a new device, <a href="https://www.singtel.com/personal/support/prepaid-cards/esim/change-to-request-new-esim">request for a new eSIM instead.</a>
Can I reinstall my eSIM on the same device after deleting it?
Go back to your eSIM installation email and follow the instructions there to resinstall it again.
Will a factory reset delete my eSIM?
No, during a factory reset, you can keep your eSIM on your device - it won't be removed unless you choose to delete it.
