1. Log in to My Singtel app.

2. Upon logging in, tap Manage plan and add-ons.

3. To check on other services, tap View all your accounts and select the service you are looking for.


4. For Broadband and TV plans
On your plan details page, scroll to the recontract section to learn when you are eligible to recontract without penalty.

For Postpaid mobile plans
Learn when you are able to do an early upgrade for your device. If you are switching to a lower tier plan before your contract ends, a penalty fee will apply.
