1. Check that the ethernet cable is plugged in to the set-top box LAN port.

2.Ensure the other end of the ethernet cable is plugged into the LAN port of network devices such as Optical Network Router (ONR), router or mesh. 

3. Switch on your network devices and set-top box. 

You will see a green power light on your set-top box.
