TV may be switched off or on an incorrect HDMI input ​

What can you do?

1. Ensure both your TV and set-top box are switched on.​

2. Check that the HDMI cable is connected between the TV and the set-top box.

3. Press the source or input button on your TV set remote control and select the correct HDMI source e.g. HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3 etc.​

How to know it worked?

Your TV will display the last tuned channel. Use your Singtel TV remote control to switch to any of your subscribed channels.​
