Singtel TV service is not activated

What can you do?

If you have upgraded your set-top box to either DVR or 4K:

1. SMS 'Activate<space>last 6 characters of the delivery order number' to 78646. 
E.g. Order number: FS/20/03/00201N, SMS 'Activate 00201N'

Note to SMS with the mobile number that is registered with Singtel for the TV service.

2. Your set-top box will be activated after 10 mins.
 

If you have exchanged your set-top box or received via courier: 

In the case that you have exchanged your faulty set-top box at any of the Self-Replacement Centres or received from our courier vendor, your device will be activated after 3 hours from the exchange.
 

How to know it worked?

Your TV will display the loading screen and after 2 mins, the last tuned channel will be shown.
