1. Unplug and plug in HDMI cable to TV set HDMI port. Alternatively, try to plug the HDMI cable to another HDMI port on your TV set.

2. Press the source or input button on your TV set remote control and select the correct HDMI source e.g HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3 etc. 

3. Switch off and on the TV and set-top box.

Your TV will display the loading screen and after 2 mins, the last tuned channel will be shown.
