There is loss of connection between set-top box and network devices

What can you do?

1. Check that the cable connection is secured between the set-top box and other network devices such as Optical Network Router (ONR), router or mesh. ​

2. Switch off and on your network devices such as Optical Network Router (ONR), router or mesh followed by your set-top box.​

3. Allow 2 mins for all devices to restore.
 

How to know it worked?

Your TV will display the loading screen and after 2 mins, the last tuned channel will be shown.
