How to buy hi!DataRoam pack?

Step 1: Go to hi!App > Roaming Plans  and purchase.

Step 2: Visit the balance page to view your roaming data details.

Note: From 28 October 2024, all hi!DataRoam packs will be activated upon purchase. Make sure to buy your plan before traveling overseas to ensure seamless connectivity.

Step 3: Once you arrive at your destination, switch on Data Roaming. Your phone should connect to the correct network automatically. However, if it doesn’t work, try connecting manually. ​
