hi! Senior plan is only available to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Employment and Long-Term Pass holders aged 60 years old and above.
Your hi! Senior Plan details will be available in the hi! app on the following day after sign-up.
Yes. Make sure of the following:
Your current number must be an active non-Singtel postpaid line registered under your NRIC/FIN. If not, please contact your telco to transfer ownership of the line to yourself.
Your current non-Singtel postpaid line must be active with no outstanding payments to your telco.
Your request to port out from your existing telco must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

Unused local data, roaming data, calls, and SMS can be carried forward when you top up your hi! Plan before it expires. They can be rolled over for up to 6 months and are automatically stacked.
You can request an eSIM replacement through the hi! App by following these steps:

Select Request New SIM
Choose your number for the eSIM replacement request
