Yes. If you’re on a Singtel 5G plan, you’ve already been upgraded to the 5G+ network. You can check your current plan in the My Singtel app under Plan Details. If you want more benefits, you can upgrade to a 5G+ Enhanced or 5G+ Priority plan.

To start using 5G+, you’ll need a Singtel 5G plan, a 5G Standalone-compatible handset, and a 5G+ compatible SIM card or eSIM. Once you have them, you’re ready to enjoy the full 5G+ experience.

Yes. If you’re still using a 4G SIM card, you can switch to a 5G+ eSIM in the My Singtel app or change your SIM at a Singtel self-service kiosk.
