What is Uniigym?
Uniigym is a cloud-based virtual fitness application that utilises AI technology to deliver an interactive fitness experience.
Who is eligible for Uniigym Pass?
You can subscribe as an existing Singtel Postpaid Mobile or Broadband customer. Otherwise, you may subscribe via the credit card option.
I have signed up for Uniigym Pass on CAST. How do I enjoy the premium access?
Those subscribing through CAST will have to first link their account between CAST and Uniigym through the steps below:<br /><br /><ol> <li>Download the CAST app > Log in using your Singtel-registered mobile number and OTP or Singnet ID if subscribed through the Broadband add-on.</li> <li>Go to 'Me' > 'Subscriptions' in the CAST app and click on the Uniigym icon.</li> <li>Launch the Uniigym app.</li> <li>Login to the Uniigym app via your CAST Login.</li></ol>
How can I pay for my Uniigym Pass subscription?
Subscription charges will be included in your monthly Singtel bill if subscribed via Singtel Postpaid Mobile or Broadband. If subscribed via credit card, the charges will appear on your credit card statement.
How do I cancel my Uniigym Pass subscription?
You can do so via My Singtel app, our Singtel hotline 1688 or at any Singtel Shop. For subscriptions via credit card, manage your subscription by logging onto cast.sg with your CAST ID or mobile number and OTP > Click on the profile icon on the top right > Select 'CAST Account' > Manage or terminate your subscription under 'Credit Card Subscription'.<br/><br/>For contract plans, recovery charges will apply for cancellations before the contract's end date.
What happens after I cancel my Uniigym Pass?
Upon cancellation, your Uniigym Pass account immediately reverts to a free account with limited access and monthly subscription charges will not be pro-rated.
